Hi, I’m Mark, I am a Certified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Reiki and Sound practitioner.
I have had a unique journey in life, graduating with a Masters in Pharmacy, working in Research & Development which eventually lead to becoming a Holistic Practitioner.

I struggled with insomnia and anxiety for years becoming really acute whilst studying at university, I eventually sought help in the holistic field, a non invasive way to heal the mind and body, trying various holistic modalities such as Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Acupuncture which helped me so much.

Gradually the pull to follow my heart was too strong which lead to me leaving the Pharmaceutical sector and training in a range of Holistic modalities such as Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Sound Therapy. My Holistic practice is based in Ossett, Wakefield, West Yorkshire and haven't looked back!

I feel very blessed and so content now that I am following my true vocation in life, which I know is helping others who are struggling, to help them conquer their problems through a non-invasive, medication-free 'Whole-istic' approach to achieve their goals.

In my spare time, I regularly practise Meditation, Qi Gong, hiking, running, camping, and of course a love of music!

I am enhanced DBS checked, fully insured, regularly undertake CPD (Continual Professional Development) and I am a Full Registered Member of the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy) holding a DSFH (Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy) and HPD (Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma).
