Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions – Wellbeing Fayre Awards 2026

1. General Information

1.1 The Wellbeing Fayre Awards 2026 (“The Awards”) are organised by Wellbeing Fayre Uk / wellbeingfayre.com (“The Organiser”).

1.2 By participating in The Awards, all participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1.4 The Organiser reserves the right to reject any nomination without providing a reason.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Awards are open to Wellbeing businesses and individuals operating in the United Kingdom only.

2.2 All nominees must have an active website or a professional social media presence.

2.3 Nominations are open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested.

2.4 Self-nominations are permitted, as well as nominations on behalf of others.

2.5 All nominators and voters must accept subscription to our newsletter and mailing list as a condition of participation.

 

3. Nomination Process

3.1 Nominations will be accepted beginning 14th November 2025 and will close on 29th December 2025.

3.2 The nomination form must be submitted online via the official Wellbeing Fayre Awards platform at wellbeingfayre.com

3.3 Nominations must include the nominee’s Business name, and where possible either their website or social media profile. Incomplete nominations may be disqualified.

3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to reject nominations without explanation.

3.5 Multiple nominations are permitted for different businesses or individuals; however, duplicate nominations within the same category cannot be submitted by the same individual for the same nominee.

 

4. Voting Process

4.1 Voting will open on 7th January 2026 and close on 21st February 2026.

4.2 Voting is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.

4.3 Each voter may cast one vote per category. Duplicate votes will be excluded.

4.4 Valid votes must be submitted online at wellbeingfayre.com

 

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winners will be determined based on the number of valid votes received during the voting period.

5.2 In the event of a tie, an independent adjudicator or the Organiser will determine the winner.

5.3 Winners will be announced or published on the official website following the event.

5.4 Winners will also be notified directly via email.

 

6. Prizes and Recognition

6.1 Winners will receive awards recognising their contributions to the wellbeing community. Prizes are determined by the Organiser.

6.2 Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.3 Any tax obligations for prizes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

7. Publicity and Media

7.1 By participating, all nominees and winners consent to the use of their name, business name, likeness, and any related content in promotional materials, press publications, and social media platforms.

7.2 Testimonials, stories, or other content shared during the nomination process may be used for promotional purposes by the Organiser without additional consent.

8. Liability

8.1 The Organiser will not be held liable for technical malfunctions, delays, or failures in the nomination or voting process.

8.2 The Organiser is not liable for any disputes arising between nominators, voters, or nominees.

8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone The Awards due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal information collected during the nomination and voting process will be processed in compliance with UK GDPR legislation and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

9.2 By participating, nominators agree to join the Wellbeing Fayre newsletter and mailing list. They may opt out of these communications at any time following the awards by using the unsubscribe option provided.

9.3 Data collected will only be use by Wellbeing Fayre UK and will be shared with our partner psychic121.com  and no other third parties without consent.
